In working with hundreds of clients, I’ve learned that the number of coaching sessions that will help you achieve your goals depends entirely on whether you’re focused on short-term or long-term goals, and in what time frame you want achieve them.

I find that in five sessions, we can tackle most short-term goals, which you need to complete in 3 months or less. A longer term goal, which will take as much as 6 months usually requires at least ten sessions. In both 4 and 12 session packages I work to give you core lessons that will continue to support you long after we’ve completed the engagement.
