Do you lack Self-Confidence?

When you are around other people do you often feel:

• Shy and uncomfortable?
• Do you wish you could blend in the background and go unnoticed?
• Do you mould yourself around what you think others expect of you?
• Do you feel that no one would notice if you were not there?
• Do you criticise and judge yourself often?
• Do you speak harshly about yourself and to yourself?
• Do you find it difficult to relax around others and in your own company?
• Do you feel like you have no direction in life?
